When will I get my order?

Current delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Kodak Paper: 3 - 7 days
  • Metal & Canvas Prints: 4 - 8 days
  • Calendars: 1-5 days
  • Ornaments, Coasters: 5-12 days
Will the Dustin McGrew Photography logo be printed on the photo?

No, the logo you see on my photos on my website is just a watermark. This is just a way to prevent the theft of my photography from my website without credit. Your prints will come without the logo/watermark on them.
Do you have a gallery where I can see prints in person?

I do not have a gallery or a physical store location. If you'd like to see some examples of prints please see the About the Prints page. I am occasionally a vendor at certain events around Pittsburgh so stay tuned to my social media for upcoming events I will be at.
I need my order quickly, can I just pick it up from you?

All of my paper, canvas, and metal prints ship directly from the professional printing labs that I partner with. Picking them up from me actually takes more time than the regular shipping would. If you need faster shipping I can do a rush order with 2nd day or overnight shipping. Fees vary. Contact me if you are in need of a faster delivery.
Can I get my order delivered faster?

Can you change a vertical photo to be horizontal or a horizontal photo to be vertical?

Usually the answer to this is no. Changing a photo's orientation will cause the sides or top and bottom of the photo to be cropped off, completely changing the look of the photo.
Do you sell framed prints?

I do not sell framed prints. I leave framing up to you to decide on.
Do I need to frame paper prints?

Paper prints do not come with frames. It is highly recommended to frame your paper prints for the protection and longevity of the print.

What type of camera do you use?

I have a few different ones. My primary camera is a Sony a7R V. I also have a Sony A7R III, and Fuji X100VI. For aerial images I fly a DJI Mavic 4 Pro drone.

What is your return/refund policy?

Returns or exchanges are not accepted. All sales are final. If your item is delivered with damage or other defects please let me know so that I can have a new one produced for you. Please take a photo of any damage done to packaging.
